Hello, my name is Jacqueline Kramer BSN, RN and I am a new Specialist in Poison Information with the Michigan Poison Center. My background includes extensive experience as an ICU Trauma/Case Manager/Burns/Hospice nurse. I am a parent so I understand the urgency and concern when I answer the call to help you. I love working at the Michigan Poison Center; I find it a rewarding and educational experience and I am always learning on the job.
